Toni is a tech-savvy, innovative instructional designer energized by utilizing tools to create engaging learning experiences for clients. She is passionate about developing accessible and individualized eLearning content through inclusive instructional design and storytelling.  Toni credits her instructional design process to leveraging user personas and data-driven design. She brings a life-long learner attitude to her work every day and is motivated by strategy and professional development. The rest of the team tries to play catch up with Toni’s seemingly endless supply of energy, but it may be the craft coffee beverages she makes every morning.
