Graphic Designer | Washington, D.C. (Hybrid)
What you’ll do
As a member of our Visual Communications team, you will work with clients to design and convey information in a new and interesting way. You will also work on the Team b. brand designing for our social platforms and website.
Role Description
In this full-time, hybrid position, you will create design concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and deliver. You will be responsible for defining, executing, and elevating Team b’s (and our clients) visual storytelling across multiple channels.
What you’ll be responsible for

Design Development: Create design concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and deliver. Define, execute, and elevate Team b’s and our clients’ visual storytelling across multiple channels.

Collateral and Presentation Design: Design collateral materials, presentations, and other visual assets that effectively communicate the intended message.

Communication Materials: Initiate, design, develop, coordinate, and distribute communication materials, literature, online resources, videos, and programs.

Visual Storytelling: Tell the Team b or client story visually through photography, infographics, charts, graphs, videos, and other mediums.

Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients across various platforms to bring their vision to life.

Brand Development: Refresh and further develop the Team b brand to ensure consistency and innovation across all visual touchpoints.
What you’ll produce

Branded Content: High-quality branded materials, including presentations, social media graphics, web designs, and marketing collateral that align with Team b’s brand and client objectives.

Visual Storytelling Assets: Engaging visual assets such as infographics, videos, motion graphics, and photography that communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.

Communication Tools: Comprehensive and well-designed communication materials for clients, including digital and print resources that support their goals.

Design Concepts: Innovative and creative design concepts that resonate with target audiences and reinforce the brand identity of both Team b and our clients.

Brand Enhancements: Continuous updates and enhancements to the Team b brand, ensuring visual consistency and modern appeal across all platforms.
What you need to apply

Local to the District Maryland Virginia area, hybrid (2x a week)
-
Expertise in standard graphic design tools (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment; client service experience is a plus.

A strong design portfolio is a must-have.

Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively across an organization.

Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.

Proven ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and to produce measurable results.

Passionate about experimentation and curious about new mediums.

U.S. Citizenship

Ability to travel up to 25% when necessary.
