Kristen McIntosh is an ace at anticipating needs and next steps to drive our team and client’s goals forward.  She’s spent the better part of the past 12 years building her expertise and capability across multiple industries. Her ability to ask the right questions ensures the pathway to success is short and sweet. She loves working with other energetic people and is always willing to lend a helping hand. One of her favorite sayings is “listen to understand, not to reply” which is in perfect alignment with Team b’s core values.  To relax after a long day, Kristen enjoys going on a short run, getting a nib of dark chocolate and a glass of vino, or chasing the thrill of a good deal.
