Jessica Banks is our Marie Kondo of content. She enjoys taking the disorganized and transforming it into easy-to-navigate, aesthetically pleasing, functional content. Her experience ranges from communications, user experience design, marketing, video production and process improvement. After years of working in big tech focusing on cybersecurity, IT, and documentation, Jessica prides herself on her ability to breakdown complex and technical topics into snackable content. Whether she is designing information architecture for a SharePoint site or developing templates, she believes in making sure her construction is backed by data, research, and you guessed it, collaboration. When she’s not tidying up information, she enjoys long walks with her yorkie, testing new sous vide recipes, and doing a little sleuthing as an amateur genealogist.
