Problem
Cyber-incident scenarios can make or break an effective response to real-world cybersecurity attacks. Our client recognized the need for improved standardized documentation of procedures, leading to potential gaps in incident notifications as well as up-and-down communication with key federal stakeholders.
Solution
Our team engaged with federal partners and mission elements to develop, plan and coordinate a series of Threat Exposure Management (TEM) exercises. These crucial forums focused on documenting each step of the cyber-incident response process to ensure consistency and clarity in incident management. Through this effort, our client was able to reduce gaps in incident reporting and ensure a more robust cyber-response framework.
