NNSA IT & Cybersecurity Strategy
Problem
Our client needed to develop a multi-year strategy to communicate a dynamic strategic shift towards a more modern approach to accomplishing its mission and wanted to articulate this transformation visually as well.
Solution
We assisted the client in developing their strategy by conducting listening sessions with their Associate Chief Information Officers, directors, and staff to develop the content. We then designed a concise and visually compelling document that effectively communicated their updated strategy in a modern format.
