NNSA OCIO Space Design
Problem
Optimal work environments encourage collaboration, provide comfort, and allow for employees to become more productive throughout the day. The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) needed a reconfigured environment for employees that elevated their work performance and added to their overall mission success.
Solution
We redesigned and upgraded the space layout, improving the aesthetics and the flow of the physical offices. We also transformed the offices into a modern and welcoming space that promotes employee well-being, collaboration, and optimal performance.
