Problem
Onboarding across departments and office can cause inefficiencies and a gap in necessary information for new hires. The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) needed a system that was going to manage and provide an engaging, one-stop resource for new federal employees across offices.
Solution
Our team sought out advanced SharePoint training to develop and manage an onboarding portal, serving as a centralized resource for new employees. This portal streamlines onboarding by providing clear guidance, hosting all necessary forms, offering links to helpful information, and presenting professional “baseball cards” with colleague introductions through photographs and professional details.
