NNSA IT & Cybersecurity Strategy
Problem
Our client needed to develop a multi-year strategy to communicate a strategic shift towards a more modern approach to its accomplishing its mission and wanted to articulate this transformation visually as well.
Solution
We assisted the client in developing their 3 year strategy by conducting listening sessions with their Associate Chief Information Officers, Directors, and Staff to develop the content and second, designing a concise and visually compelling document that effectively communicated their updated strategy in a modern format.
