Problem
Remote teams can pose unique challenges when coordinating stakeholder efforts for overall mission success. Our client needed a way to bring decision makers and staff together to keep their mission on track.
Solution
In consultation with federal counterparts, we created organized and implemented the Chief Information Officer/Chief Information Security Officer (CIO/CISO) Summit, creating a quarterly platform that allows leadership to meet in person for a robust, collaborative conversation. This allows the client to build strategic relationships and bridge the geographic barriers which helps to streamline processes, align mission objectives, and coordinate goals across the enterprise.
