Our team designed the layout and cover of the NNSA OCIO 2017-2019 Strategic Implementation Plan.
Communications & Strategy
Our team helped our client at NNSA with their strategic vision and created a document that shared their principles and goals with stakeholders and communicated a three-year plan.
Problem
Our client requested assistance developing, documenting, and prioritizing their strategy including principles, goals, and objectives.
Solution
We facilitated a three-day workshop and led them through our strategic planning exercise. We took the output of that session and worked with their leadership team to develop content and provided a finalized plan.
