b. better is a campaign that we developed in 2018 to share small - and sometimes big - ways that businesses and individuals can be better.
b. better is a part of the way that Team b. Strategy + lives out our core values.
Our team revels in the opportunity this campaign provides to come together and leverage our unique combination of complementary skills and knowledge to promote topics that interest us and our communities. Team b. is making anti-racism and inclusion part of our company.

We foster conversations and meetings on this topic as a group. We find ways to normalize conversations about anti-racism and injustice to help one another understand diverse perspectives and make progress within our team.

We amplify and promote Black, Asian American, Latinx, and other minority-owned small businesses in our communities as part of our social media campaigns.

We added 'Inclusion' to our Core Values to ensure that our employees, partners, clients, and fans know that we value inclusion and that we are proactively seeking opportunities for improvement.

We use our b.better platform to create and promote education and awareness material around social injustice, influencing change, voting, and interacting with local/state/federal governments.

We have added philanthropic activities to include efforts that support the Black, Asian American, Latinx, and communities of color in the fight against racial and social injustice.

Diversity and Inclusion training has been added to our new employee onboarding so that our team members understand how important this topic is to us from day one.

Philanthropy
We are very into contributing to our communities in meaningful ways. Philanthropy is something we enjoy doing as a team. We seek opportunities for our team members to contribute time, talents, or resources to give back in big ways. We focus our efforts around the holiday season and hunt for pop-up volunteer events when a group of us happen to cross paths in the same city at the same time.
To boost impact, Team b. matches team member contributions to the organizations that we choose to fund raise for.
